I began my professional journey as an interior architect in India, and at the age of 25, I embarked on a transformative path by relocating to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education, armed with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. My traveling around Europe immersed me in a vibrant countryside artist community that ignited a vision within me. This vision led me to start "Sitara," where my unwavering mission is to uplift rural Indian artisans, especially those from tribal communities, through skill development and unwavering support, with a strong emphasis on promoting gender equality. My commitment to community-building has been a lifelong calling, evident from my early engagement in volunteer work at animal rescue centers and elderly care homes. Despite achieving a master's degree and establishing a stable career in the UK, I made the bold decision to return to India to empower underprivileged artisans. My profound passion for art and design has earned me numerous accolades and active involvement in college clubs dedicated to holistic development. In the realms of entrepreneurship and social impact, I have recently embarked on a new initiative aimed at empowering India's rural creative industry, with a strong focus on fostering positive change and sustainable growth.
