Her background is strongly aligned with Innovation, Strategy, Design and Transformation and has a patented app in Banking.   Adrija believes in a miracle mindset, has been featured by BBC London as a global inspirational woman, featured on several TV channels, talk shows and global magazines, and amongst many accolades felicitated at the Houses of Parliament, UK. She celebrates diverse cultures, loves to travel and has degrees from 3 different continents; Masters in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Columbia University NY and MBA from Warwick Business school UK. She is a 9/11 survivor, motivational speaker, mental health ally, an advocate of women empowerment, founded project RASA – Rise and Shine again and has received the FCA Eureka Award for her innovative solution in the FCA Women Empowerment TechSprint 2021 to empower vulnerable and disenfranchised women. She is a mentor for girls in STEM, advocate for SDG5 Gender Equality and continues to be inspirational by launching RASA – Rise and Shine Again an initiative to empower you to build a better you. Adrija inspires, motivates and helps women find purpose and raises awareness against abuse through her education, survivor, expertise series and fitness, dance, health and well-being bootcamps building stronger and peaceful communities. She believes in gratitude attitude, miracle mindset and holistic growth and transformation.
