I am a lecturer in financial reporting in Anglia Ruskin University and also a finance professional in H&G recruitment solutions. I am basically from a small valley called Kashmir in India. It is a conflict and war zone and also a place where extremism makes it difficult for women to got out of their houses. I somehow managed to overcome the hurdles and reach where I am today.
