Anan Shendy is a multi-disciplinary caliber with 14 years of solid outstanding experience in Education leadership, Human Resources Management, and Mass Communication. Shendy is a Project Manager and Learning Design Consultant in Afreximbank | Afreximbank Academy (AFRACAD). She has worked in both private and public sectors at national and international entities. Again, she had the opportunity to work at intercultural workplace environments. On the other hand, she worked at confidential Egyptian governmental entities too. She is a triple MA holder in three different disciplines: HR, Linguistics, and Media Policy and currently is a PhD candidate. Besides, Shendy serves as a mentor, coach, and corporate assessor across different organizations like Women in Africa (WIA). Moreover, she is human resources, intercultural communication, business skills, leadership/ management, applied linguistics lecturer, researcher, and consultant among various institutions such as the American University in Cairo (AUC), The Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), UNESCO, AASTMT, …etc. Furthermore, Shendy was a graduate of the Egyptian Presidential Leadership Program (PLP) – First Round and a volunteer member of the steering committee of the World Youth forum (WYF). For her challenges are like enjoyable exercises to a passionate learner. Shendy doesn't know what might happen tomorrow. However, she knows that she will always be the change she dreams to see in the world as Gandhi once said.
