She is a scholarship recipient of the master's degree in Customer Experience from the International University of Valencia, Spain, and a journalist from the Jaime Bausate y Meza University. He has more than 25 years of experience in Peruvian and international media, such as Telemundo and Televisa. She is a professional coach at Latam Couching Network, as well as a speaker and businesswoman. She founded and today is CEO of the business network Empodérate y Emprende, focused on female empowerment and gender equality, where she also hosts the Radio program of the same name. In March 2023 he wrote his first book Make Your Business Profitable with Customer Experience. In 2022, she was recognized by the Commission for the Development of Women Entrepreneurs of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), for her leadership, commitment and resilience that contribute to the development of the country, and by the Women Economic Forum Colombia as Exceptional Leader of the Excellence. In 2021 she received the award as Bicentennial Woman Leader by the Peruvian Women's Chamber of Commerce. In 2018 he received the Annual Ramón Remolina Serrano Journalism Award from the CCL.
