I am Cecilia Clemente Aller, representative of the company Unidad de Villa, which has been providing public transportation services for 30 years. We care about the
 environment, which is why we constantly renew our fleet from diesel to LPG and soon to electric buses to contribute to caring for the environment. I am a resilient
 woman who raises her three daughters. "From the province to the capital, my life has been a journey of challenges and improvement. My childhood and adolescence were
 marked by few opportunities, but I was always a fighter. With the birth of my first daughter, I found a new motivation to forge a future for myself different from
 the one I knew. I worked tirelessly, venturing into various businesses. At the same time, I discovered the company YANBAL Unique, where, step by step, I rose to 
become the Director Unique, I help women believe in themselves, improve their self-esteem and personal growth. With this, they can start their own business so that
 they have economic independence. One of my 3 daughters found her way into modeling and beauty pageants, where I am currently Director of Miss Cusco, opening doors
 to a different world. Also helping many young girls to believe in themselves, increase their self-love and self-esteem. This tour allowed me to return to my roots
 in Cusco-PERU. The most rewarding thing has been giving back to my land. Through social work, I reached remote places, providing support to children, the elderly 
and families in difficult situations. These experiences have filled me with satisfaction and I plan to continue doing so. My life is a testimony of perseverance and
 business growth Today, as a Transportation Entrepreneur, Miss Cusco Director and Unique Director, I celebrate the achievements achieved and I long to continue being
 an agent of change in the lives of those who need it most.
