Claudia Patricia Eusse, winner of the "International Sea Queen" award from Colombia in Miami Beach, Florida, in 1995 is a television anchor, jewelry designer, beauty specialist, realtor, music and content producer and philanthropist. Claudia Patricia started her career as VP of sales at Cervera Realty from 2006, working with the Related ISG Group luxurious master projects like Paraiso Bay, LandMark at Doral, Coronado Reserve, Quantum on the Bay, among other luxury residential properties and is currently the Vice president of sales at "The Eusse Group” representing Aria Reserve Maimi by The Melo Group, one of the most luxurious real estate projects in Miami. Her most recent sales project prior to Aria was Veer Towers in Las Vegas, Nevada, a project with a $10.6 billion investment in the heart of the Las Vegas City Center. Her passion for film and television industry led her to create Laxmi Film Productions and Eusse HTV. Claudia Patricia believes that beauty comes from within, and every woman has her own beauty, leading her to create her two beauty lines, Hebe Beauty and Eusse H Beauty. She is also the President of "Hech 8 Group," which focuses on global real estate marketing and mentoring people to achieve their goals of becoming successful professionals in the real estate sector. Claudia Patricia is also the CEO of "The Children's Love Foundation" and “Successful Women's Organization”, where she is fully involved in social projects to empower women and children. She is an official sponsor of the global SOS WATER campaign, focusing her efforts on supporting the environment and educating children about the protection of water as the essential element for life on our planet.
