Ms. Didi Basry Director of Strategy at Star-C.a.T. (Middle East Consulting and Training) I was born and raised in Italy, with North African roots I moved to the UK at an early age to pursue my professional growth. Over the past 10 years, I've worked in the luxury hospitality industry, developing exceptional people and leadership skills, as well as a passion for cultural diversity. Throughout my career, I've worked hard to gain experience and develope new skills, and this led me to my current role as a Director at Star-CaT. In this position, I help businesses succeed in the Middle East (Gulf Region) by coaching and providing guidance. I truly believe that by sharing my passion for the region and educating others about its culture, we can challenge misconceptions and celebrate the differences that make each culture so unique. My background in luxury hospitality, combined with my knowledge of multiple languages, has made me a valuable asset to my team. I'm dedicated to breaking stereotypes and increasing understanding of the Middle East region. I'm enthusiastic about my work, and I'm proud to be considered an expert in my field.
