International speaker, learning and development expert with +20 years of experience in diversified fields; healthcare, Marketing, Talent development, Career Coaching and Adult Education. Dr.El-Dib received her doctorate degree in a unique track of "Human Resources Marketing" in addition to holding two Master degrees in Business Administration in 2012 and International and comparative Education filed (Current). received many international awards; Stevie award USA 2020, Globee award USA 2020, Women in International Education Award Germany 2021, Wintrade award UK for Women in public sector 2021 and she was listed among top 50 inspirational women in Egypt in 2022. Dr.El-Dib is activist and a member in many international associations concerned with Climate change, sustainability, women empowerment and international education reform. Finally, her passion for Africa encouraged her to establish an annual event entitled "Women of Africa Week" that is held at her department annually celebrating The African Women's Day in July.
