I hold a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh. My academic journey has led me to serve as a lecturer in MBA (Executive) classes, where I've had the opportunity to impart knowledge and expertise in the field of marketing to aspiring business professionals. I embarked on my journalism journey back in 1990, dedicating myself to various roles such as reporter, anchor, editor, and senior editor. I continued to thrive in the field until 2015 when I decided to pursue the fascinating field of Law & Justice, and earned my LLB from the prestigious University of Delhi. Since then, I have been wholeheartedly committed to the legal profession, working as a full-time advocate, mediator, and arbitrator, where I've undertaken over 300 professional legal assignments. Despite my transition, my passion for journalism never waned, and I've continued to contribute as a freelance journalist. My privilege extends to writing insightful book reviews, sharing my expertise at international forums, and serving as a judge in moot court competitions across various esteemed law schools. I have been truly blessed to approach the matters entrusted to me with unwavering integrity and a deep sense of humanity. In my role, I make it a priority to guide my clients through the intricate details and inevitable hardships that come with legal proceedings. I explain the nitty-gritty of court-conducted lawsuits to my clients, ensuring they understand the complexities involved. Through effective communication and negotiation, I have successfully persuaded and resolved approximately 60% of my cases before they ever reached the courtroom. For me, the most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing the genuine smiles on the faces of my clients, as it stands as the highest form of appreciation for my dedication and efforts in their legal matters.
