Her career spans over two decades, with experiences ranging from federal and state government roles in the UAE to private sector leadership. Notably, Dr. AlMuhairi has played a pivotal role in establishing various organizations, including a School of Government, social startups, and volunteer sectors. She has overseen business initiatives for 300 students as the Chair of Business Administration at a prestigious Abu Dhabi college. An educator at heart, she's been a faculty member at the Higher College of Technology and serves as a Coach Mentor for the Youth Foundation. Dr. AlMuhairi is a seasoned lecturer and speaker, sharing her expertise in leadership, negotiation, project management, and public speaking. Her talents extend beyond the boardroom; she's also an accomplished artist and designer. Dr. AlMuhairi's academic journey includes a Doctorate of Business Administration, a Master's degree from Harvard University, an Executive MBA from Zayed University, and a Master of Education from Deakin University. She's a member of the Alpha Beta Gamma Honor Society and has earned prestigious fellowships at Harvard Kennedy School.
