Dr. Patterson is US college professor, researcher, mentor and author. She teaches public health leadership, health policy, and health education. She also recently published a book entitled, "Combating Institutional Racism through Mentoring: A Public Health Approach." She has over 23 years experiences in public health; 17 years teaching, mentoring future leaders in public health, facilitating meetings, managing research projects, and over 15 years assisting individuals in advancing their career objectives.
