Dr. Racha is based in Dubai, UAE. She has over two decades of experience in the financial sector and consultancy. She currently focuses on digital training to empower women and youth leadership through advanced AI applications. She works with incubators across the UAE to provide the needed know-how to entrepreneurs at early stages, so they can develop their knowledge and grow their startups into successful businesses. Passionate about positive social change, she volunteers with the United Nations Development Programs to empower women leading their SMEs. She is also an advocate for community services that relate to a myriad of environmental initiatives. Dr. Racha was a professor of Finance at King Saud University, volunteered in Georgia State University, and established MBA business office at the American University in Dubai, and currently teaching digital literacy courses in AUD Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. She has a solid understanding and application of economics and finance, and participates as a panelist in many conferences discussing blockchain, AI applications, and digital inclusion. She is the global chair for G100 wing of Financial & Social Development. She is also an active member of Dubai Business Women Council DBWC, Creative Women Platform, and Women in Tech.
