Dr. Shikha Gupta is an accomplished Author and Associate Professor. She is Programme Coordinator in the Management Department having expertise in Finance and accounting. Dr.Gupta is also SPOC for Swayam Local Chapter. Dr.Gupta has authored book titled “Capital Market” and Chief editor of “Marketing Quest” magazine. She has enriched experience of 15 years in the area of academics, consulting industry projects and counselling students.  She has actively worked as AICTE Reviewer in SLA(Student learning and assessment) Programme. She has done her graduation in commerce from Delhi University and Masters in Finance from GGSIP University and stood as university topper in Financial Management. Thereafter cleared UGC-NET in management securing 4th All India rank. She has completed Ph.D in Finance from B.R.Ambedkar University. She has published and presented more than 20 research papers in Journals and Conferences of repute. She has also conducted Finance seminars, Book launch and other activities as Literary Club head. She has been involved in guiding the post graduate students for dissertations and research projects as well as acted as UR and IR. Dr.Gupta is working on many International financial projects as a freelancer. The main motto is to impart experiential based learning to maximum students in this competitive world.
