Elizabeth Coffey. Internationally recognised Trusted Advisor, Lecturer & Author, Elizabeth develops CEOs, Vice Chancellors & Board Executives of Global 500 organisations (1:1 and in teams) in over 50 countries. Previously Liz was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry & held leadership roles within Mercer Delta Consulting and The Change Partnership. Liz wrote several leadership books, including McGraw Hill’s ‘10 Things That Keep CEOs Awake’, ‘The End of Tolerance?’ & ‘The Changing Culture of Leadership – Women Leaders’ Voices’. She led ground-breaking high impact strategic programmes with ADNOC, Citigroup’s Investment Bank & the UK’s Senior Civil Service. Liz has received innumerable awards including: SPE Distinguished Lecturer ‘22-23 (How CEOs Lead for Success to >40 countries), Pioneering Woman Leader, Most Influential Businesswoman 2023; Top 101 Global Leaders Diversity & Inclusion, Mentor of the Year & European Woman of Achievement. Liz curated immersive trips to inspiring Indian social enterprises: Leadership Learning Journeys focused on scaling impact. She produced Rockumentary: Evolution of Indian Rock, an acclaimed feature documentary chronicling the history of Indian Rock Music. Liz piloted the Lead Like Gandhi programme with Sabarmati Ashram’s leaders in Ahmedabad.

Liz graduated from Wellesley College with a dual degree in Psychology & English Literature.
