Evangelina is a multifaceted woman, an internationally acclaimed speaker, and a recipient of multiple awards, including the Chevening 2022-2023, Mujeres Épicas 2022, Global Women in Management: Advancing Women’s Economic Opportunities (GWIM 70), WAW HONORARY AWARD, Women Appreciating Women Hall of Fame, 2021, and Mandela Washington for Young African Leaders 2016. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cienfuegos "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez," Cuba. A master's degree in Strategies and Project Management at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her research interests encompass topics such as Leadership and Women's Empowerment the rise of Robotics and Autonomous Systems in the healthcare sector in the United Kingdom, among others. She is also a co-author of the book "Mujeres Épicas." With a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector, Evangelina is Vice President of the Mujer Ideal Organization ( the leading Women’s Empowerment Organization in Equatorial Guinea). She is a board member of Nethuman and the national director of her agency, Red de Sororidad Pacto Entre Ellas International for Equatorial Guinea. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the Women in STEAM program, which promotes the participation of women and girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) careers.
