I am a Master in International Relations (Univerista di Bologna) and a Computer Engineer. I founded Grow-gender and work 12 years ago, an organization whose mission is to promote diverse, inclusive and violence-free work spaces, from an intersectional gender perspective. Today the organization has an interdisciplinary team of 34 people (80% women, 14% men, and 6% trans and non-binary). The organization's leadership is made up of 100% women. Although the organization is legally constituted in Argentina, it provides services to the entire region. From 2019 to the present, 409 projects have been carried out and we train more than 8,000 people per year. In 2021 and 2018 I was responsible for the facilitation of the W20 (G20) Delegates, in order to achieve a Communiqué to deliver to the G20 Prime Ministers.
