I have a Ph.D in political philosophy and in applied ethics. I am an entrepreneur, an executive coach, an international expert in leadership, mentoring, diversity & gender issues. I am the CEO of WLC Partners, a HR consultancy that implements programs for both private organisations and public institutions. My conviction about leadership is that we all need to create inspiring and inclusive leadership models and to actively be part of a new leadership and governance culture. I have published books on mentoring and leadership and one dedicated to women untitled “Subversives” that has been translated in Portuguese (Brazil) and is currently translated into Arabic.
