Mr. Nachiket Joshi is a versatile figure, encompassing roles as a political leader, social entrepreneur, environmentalist, and philanthropist. With over a decade of experience, he has been actively involved in mentoring young individuals across a spectrum of subjects, including human rights, leadership, women empowerment, sustainability, intercultural and religious harmony, gender equality, and entrepreneurship. He recently participated in the 8th Annual Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology, and Innovation for the SDGs at the United Nations in May 2023, where he discussed the significance of building trust in science and technology for expediting the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting India's contributions under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His current roles are both impactful and diverse, serving as the SDG Ambassador for India at SDG Choupal, Director of Global Vision India Foundation, affiliated with the United Nations, and Law Enforcement Director (INDIA) of IHRA (International Human Rights Association). Furthermore, as an Entrepreneur, he is the Founder and Managing Director of Khaddargram International Pvt. Ltd. The company is focused on social & cultural sustainability through technology. They empower the weavers, artisans and their families by training women and has successfully created sustainable jobs enabling them to be Self-reliant. The company also promotes and provides support to eco-friendly and sustainable start-ups. Notably, he has also authored his first book, "Khadisutra," focusing on the subject of Khadi.
