I am Ngwain Sih Elisabeth , president and Founder of a social organization called Phoenix Revival Association ,Phoenix Revival Association is an African social organization dedicated social organization committed to addressing multiple societal challenges. Our primary mission revolves around reducing conflicts, unemployment, and poverty within the community. We achieve this by empowering youth and women through income-generating skills programs, fostering democracy among young individuals, and promoting peace education. Our extensive range of services includes comprehensive peace education programs, income-generating skills programs, incubation support, and rehabilitation efforts. These initiatives collectively contribute to creating a more stable and prosperous environment. We've achieved substantial progress through strategic partnerships with esteemed institutions, like Ministries , National Commissions, international NGO and local stake holders in the field of youth and women socio- economic development. Thanks to my dedication for women and youths I have been given key positions so I could influenced decision making on issues regarding the youths and women of my country Cameroon and world wide. which are 1. Young Councilor at the Douala 4 municipality. 2. National Youth Delegate at the Cameroon National Youth Council 3. I currently serve as a member at the UNESCO Global Youth community. For my academic journey I am a masters degree holder in Business management and Entrepreneurship and I equally hold a BSc in political science.
