Mrs. Ige is a lawyer; an international expert on human rights, peace and development and social entrepreneur. She has four decades of experience in the private and public sector as well as with large and small companies. She is a founding member and executive director of the Maxwell Leadership team, a mentor, coach, speaker, trainer and advisor on human behaviour. An expert in leadership and personal development, her vision is to add values to others to allow them to attain their maximum potential and become a better version of themselves. Mrs Ige is the founder of Livingstones Centre (TLRC) and the ECOVILLAGE ecological wellness area as well as UTRADER a recycling centre to promote the reuse and recycling of domestic waste, especially plastics. An agro-ecology and tourism enthusiast, she initiated the concept of establishing an integrated urban farm in Togo. The permanent site of Livingstones Aqua Farm is under construction after its first phase of experimentation. Mrs IGE is a business angel, a Senator with the World Business Angel Forum (WBAF); she runs her own consulting and training firm, TI Consulting.
