Padmalata is the Director of Phoenix9 Image Management. She is an Internationally Certified Image Consultant, Etiquette & Grooming Coach certified by Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) and Conselle L.L.C Institute of Image Management, USA and Scottish Qualifications Authority, Scotland. She is a Soft Skills Trainer certified by National Accreditation Board for Education and Training. She has given 15 years to the Corporate Sector, working for Google India Pvt Ltd, Godfrey Phillips India Pvt Ltd, Ivy Comptech and Kids Kemp.

She has been a Model during her Prime years and Choreographed Fashion Shows in the Army fraternity and in Hyderabad. Miss India South, Miss Andhra, Miss Catwalk Hyderabad are her proud achievements. Her foray into Acting was with DWACRA Ad films, a prestigious project for Development of Women & Child care, under the aegis of erstwhile Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu. Acclaimed Novelist Yandamuri Veerendranath also cast her in his thriller Tulasidalam.

Padmalata is a MBA in Marketing from ICBM Hyderabad and MA in Counselling Psychology. She has also done a Designing course from IITC Bangalore.

As a proud Army Wife, she has mentored and groomed over a 1000 Indian Army Spouses. She brings to table a world of experience tempered by natural flair for Etiquette. As a Trainer & Coach, she makes a difference to People’s lives by enhancing, empowering and transforming them to become a better version of themselves.
