Patricia González was a tax services partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and leader of different business areas for 30 years in Mexico and worldwide, where she headed various areas such as Tax Policy, Financial Services, and Corporate Responsibility, as well as fighting for women's equity and diversity. She has more than 40 years of experience in different specialties of the business, economic, and tax areas, such as consumer products, financial system, food and beverages, and the automotive sector, and has extensive knowledge of diversity, equity, and international business environment, among other areas. She has provided pro-bono advice to various national and international non-profit organizations, mainly human resources, diversity, LGBT+. She was the first female partner in Mexico and Latin America in PwC. She sat on the PwC Global Board for five years (on which there were only 16 seats), representing 10,000 partners of all nationalities. She was voted into that position by 10,000 partners and is the first representative of Latin America on this Global Board, in more than 150 years of PwC life.. Patricia is currently Vice president of the American Society of Mexico, Board Member of WEF Iberoamerica, G100 of Human Resources and Talent, CEO of AFEECI and an independent board member and counselor to 8 organizations specializing in business, networking, education, boards, diversity, and inclusion in Mexico and worldwide.
