Radhika is currently employed with Alvarez and Marsal (A&M), a leading professional services firm and leads marketing and brand communication initiatives for India, Southeast Asia and Australia region. As a brand custodian, she manages media relations, crisis communications, reputation, brand building efforts and marketing initiatives alongside the Global team. She previously worked with NIIF, India's sovereign wealth fund (SWF) where she led media relations, digital marketing, and communication efforts for the Fund. She built Avendus’s marketing and communications function from ground up as a first ever hire. In her previous stints with CRISIL and PwC, she has been awarded for her exceptional performance through several recognitions.
