I am a consultant solicitor based in Essex. I have been working in the field of Immigration Law since 2008. I deal with wide variety of Immigration law cases, which include business applications such as Sponsorship licence application, skilled workers, skilled worker settlement, nationality application, human rights applications, entry clearance for spouse and children, family reunion, settlement applications for people who have been granted with refugee status. I also have experience of applications under Appendix EU of the Immigration Rules, applying for Pre-Settled Status, Settled Status, applications under Zambrano Rules and also family permit applications from outside the UK. I have extensive knowledge of dealing with Immigration Tribunal appeals, Judicial Reviews, Administrative reviews and Court of Appeal. I am fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. Having sponsor Licence allows such employers/businesses to employ skilled worker from anywhere in the world hence fulfil their staff shortages at competitive pay scale. I am a member of the Solicitors Regulations Authority; admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2007.
