Ms. Sheela Narang Wadhwa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Management Education and Research Institute, Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Ms. Wadhwa is pursuing doctoral degree from Amity University Uttar Pradesh with E-HRM as per primary area of study. She is having a rich experience of 6 years of working in both corporate and education industries. She is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi, completed Masters in HRM in 2017, and qualified UGC NET in 2018. Her primary research area is electronic HRM, where she focuses on technology and HRM in the context of employee productivity, employee engagement, and psychological well-being. She has attended various seminars, conferences & workshops and has articles & papers presented as well as published in National as well as International Journals to her credit.
