Shruti Bansal is a graduate of one of India's top commerce colleges, Hansraj College, University of Delhi. She is unconstrained professionally and one of her areas of interest is social entrepreneurship, and has developed a passion for social impact. Having interned at the Chief Minister’s Office, Government of NCT of Delhi she is currently employed at the NatWest Group. With a firm belief that everyone is endowed with a unique purpose that can be realized by realizing the true nature of their existence, she dedicates her life to serving others. Passionate about promoting the 'UN 2030 Agenda' by emphasizing the necessity of building a sustainable society she serves as a council member at WICCI-NPWC (Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) to integrate their vision with SDG 3 and voluntarily works as a consultant for Impact Consulting, providing her SDG supporting clients, with strategic solutions. She is also a youth leader and Kectil Colleague for The 2023 Kectil Program which is a one-year program fully funded by The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation that aims to nurture youth who have the potential to make a positive difference in their communities on topics including Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Governance, Mental Health, and Gender.
