She has proven record of leading diverse business and making them successful at the same time. Surabhi has always worked in a most challenging roles, for various operators in India handing the duty-free business comprising of 30 suppliers, spanning across 70 international brands. After 12 years of working as a retailer, Surabhi joined L'Oreal in 2021, and currently heading the duty-free business for all Indian subcontinent region. Throughout her career Surabhi has held prominent positions in the renowned organizations and her journey from starting as a Merchandiser to now has been nothing short of incredible. Before moving to Paris, Surabhi was part of the opening team to start the Beauty Business at Delhi and Mumbai Airports, where she successfully launched multiple Perfumes and Cosmetics brands, including NARS which was first ever launch in India back in 2019. Surabhi is also very passionate about building her personal and professional network. Coming from a business mindset, Surabhi also out of her own interest, thoroughly understands and developed the knowledge to build a private Label and aims to have her own brand in future. Having said, to make use of her industry knowledge she tries and help students during her free time to reach the desired career path.
