Ms. Tanya Sharma is a practicing advocate from Delhi practicing since 2018 years. She has pursued B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity University, Noida with specialization in IPR and thereafter pursued LLM in Criminal law from Dr. BR. Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur. During a short span of her career, she has handled variety of cases relating to service matter, arbitration, matrimonial matters, criminal matters, labour matters, civil matter, consumer matters, etc. and has a wide exposure of representing her clients before various Courts and Forums including but not restricting to Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble District Courts of Delhi, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Competition Commission of India etc. She has advised, assisted and represented clients from a wide range of industry sectors, Indian Companies, Public Sector undertakings, etc. She is also a permanent member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association
